Overall, our week at Crystal Flora Beach was a mix of highlights and disappointments. The outside spaces were lovely, and we enjoyed some good weather and nice facilities. However, the food quality left much to be desired, and service could be improved significantly. Based on our experience, we might return for the atmosphere but will seek better dining options elsewhere.

We had an amazing family getaway at this resort. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable. The variety of food options available was impressive, catering to all tastes. While the kids loved the pools and slides, the entertainment options kept us entertained throughout our stay. However, one slight downside was the ear infections our children picked up from the pool, which was unfortunate but managed quickly.

Our stay at the resort spa was absolutely delightful! The staff went above and beyond, making us feel special and welcome throughout our time there. We loved the clean and beautifully maintained grounds, which created a serene atmosphere.
